RETURN POLICY

Pinhole glasses are unknown to most people, and there is the tendency of some people to order them, try them, and send them back just out of curiosity. Unfortunately, the liberal return policies of modern merchandising have conditioned people to send away for an item even if they have little intention of buying it. We would rather lose an occasional sale than have to deal with such returns.

If you feel that the glasses are defective or damaged in shipment, we will gladly replace them. Contact us first for authorization and the proper address to return the product to. We may decide that we can send you a replacement without having you return the defective glasses.

If you order our pinhole glasses and just find that they are not useful, you could consider selling them to someone else or giving them as a gift. If you do wish to return them for a refund, contact us first for authorization and the proper address to return the product to. For a single pair of glasses, sent within the US, we will deduct $8 to cover our costs of credit card fees, box, postage, etc. The remainder will be refunded to you. For glasses sent outside the US, we will deduct $15. For multiple pairs, the deduction will be somewhat higher.
